Kosmic Healing Arts is the Holistic Energy Medicine Practice of Myka Sugden-Darity. She uses Holistic Energetic Methods to evaluate clients and suggest a course of action to promote health and healing to those in need.
Holistic Energetic methods address everyday ailments, malaise, depression, anxiety, addiction and behavioral issues that cause concern, discomfort, pain and dysfunction for the client.
Many people have suffered past traumas, whether mental, physical and/or emotional. These traumas affect our energetic fields, the very essence of what connects our mind, body and soul together.
Holistic Energy Medicine techniques help restore the energetic field to a pre-traumatized state; restoring peace, health, wholeness, energy, personal boundaries and happiness to the client.
Myka has been studying Holistic Energy Medicine and Healing Methods since 2005. Her studies led her to the Knott Street Health Center to establish her professional practice in 2008. As of February 2009 Myka is a Reiki II Practitioner certified by the ICRT and a member of the IARP. Myka is compassionately committed to helping all those in need of energetic medicine.
In addition to doing energetic healing work Myka is the mother of 3 children and attends Portland State University.

Thursday 3pm to 9pm
Basic Meditation Lessons and Workshops available upon request. Service contract and fees to be determined based on type, length and logistics of workshop requested.

The Knott Street Health Center in Portland, OR
The Health Center is centrally located just north of Lloyd Center and east of Emmanuel Hospital off MLK Blvd. on the bus route and easily accessible from all parts of the city via car or bicycle. Parking is available on the street at no cost.
